you can stop clogging america's half-assed implementation of public transportation. you can stop wondering why up until this point it has been nothing more than an afterthought. you can stop begging for bike lanes. you can stop "demanding" alternative fuels. you can once again focus your attention on increasing the throughput of your beloved highways and in the meantime waste the important and useful years of your lives sitting in traffic or engaging in various acts of road rage.
magically, after the commies in congress got the crazy idea of regulating speculation - the root of capitalism, the "supply and demand" theory took hold. once again, it's a case of socialism being brought in as a last ditch effort to save capitalism from itself, as has happened since capitalism has been allowed to run, unabated and unchallenged through the veins of america.
yes, the price of gas has come down again. thankfully, america can return to what it knows best - destroying itself and delaying the inevitable. hallelujah.
